SEO Specialist (1-2 Years Experience)

Ignite Visibility is a leading U.S.-based digital marketing agency headquartered in San Diego, CA. We're looking for a hungry, highly motivated SEO Specialist to join our growing team. You'll work side by side with some of the brightest minds in the industry, getting hands-on experience that accelerates your growth. We don't just want someone to fill a seat; we want someone who's ready to absorb, contribute, and level up fast.

What You'll Do

This is a supportive role where you'll work closely with SEO Managers and Strategists to execute high-impact work. Your day-to-day will include:

• Conducting keyword research and building keyword assignments

• Posting and optimizing content in WordPress and other CMS platforms

• Updating page titles, meta descriptions, tags, and other on-page SEO elements

• Managing content calendars and coordinating with writers

• Tracking and reporting on traffic, rankings, and campaign performance

• Brainstorming blog and content ideas that drive results

• Collaborating across departments (Content, Social, Development, etc.)

• Supporting Account Managers with ad hoc tasks and daily project needs

• Prioritizing multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• 2+ years of SEO or digital marketing experience

• Agency experience preferred, but not required if you have the right drive

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment

• Integrity, professionalism, and a positive, can-do attitude
