Role Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our growing Marketing Department. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to increase the visibility and organic growth of MultiBank Group's online presence. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative professional to make a significant impact in a world class financial organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, drive traffic, and increase online visibility.
• Collaborate with content creators to optimize on page and off page SEO, including meta tags, headings, internal and external links, and content structure.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and other industry standard platforms.
• Stay up to date on SEO best practices, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging trends to ensure that our strategies remain competitive and effective.
• Provide regular reports on SEO performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands on experience in SEO, preferably within the financial services industry.
• In depth knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Forex / FX experience is a huge plus.

Requirements

• Proven track record of driving organic growth and improving search engine rankings.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization.
