SEO Specialist

Job Description

Gulf Star Service is a travel and touring company based on Shara e Faisal, Karachi. We are hiring an SEO Specialist to manage organic search strategy, website performance, and content optimization across our travel platforms.

What you will do:

Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies for travel-related search queries

Manage and update company websites built on WordPress, including plugin management, theme updates, and basic troubleshooting

Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits

Optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals

Collaborate with content and operations teams to improve search rankings and organic traffic

Track performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, and ranking tools

What we need:

2 to 3 years of proven SEO experience with live projects or portfolio

Strong working knowledge of WordPress (dashboard, builders, customizations)

Basic web development skills (HTML, CSS, PHP basics) to handle site edits independently

Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)

Understanding of technical SEO, schema markup, and local SEO

Based in Karachi; comfortable working from our Shara e Faisal office

What we offer:

PKR 70,000 – PKR 80,000 per month (base salary, no probationary deduction)

Fixed morning shift: 9:45:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Office location: Shara e Faisal, Karachi
