Gradelao is a digital platform focused on online growth and web-based services. We are looking for a hands-on SEO specialist who can take full responsibility for improving organic visibility and driving measurable traffic growth.

Role Overview

We are hiring a freelance SEO expert who can independently handle end-to-end SEO for Gradelao. This is a results-based role, not just task execution.

You will be responsible for improving rankings, increasing organic traffic, and optimizing the website for search engines.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete on-page SEO optimization (titles, meta tags, internal linking, content structure)
• Keyword research (low competition + high intent keywords)
• Technical SEO improvements (site speed, indexing, crawlability issues)
• Off-page SEO / backlink strategy (white-hat only)
• Content optimization for blogs and landing pages
• Google Search Console and Analytics monitoring
• Monthly SEO reporting with clear growth metrics
• Competitor SEO analysis
• Identify and fix ranking drops/issues quickly

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven SEO experience (portfolio or case studies preferred)
• Strong understanding of Google ranking factors
• Experience with tools like:
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics
• Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest (any one or more)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic understanding of content writing for SEO
• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS is a plus

Performance Expectations (Results-Based)

You will be evaluated on:

• Increase in organic traffic
• Keyword ranking improvements
• Indexed pages growth
• On-page SEO score improvements
• Monthly measurable progress reports
