SEO specialist (Mid- to Senior level)

Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven SEO Specialist(Mid to Senior level) to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Research: Conduct ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization to identify high-value traffic opportunities.
• On-Page Optimization: Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success, ensuring all content is optimized for the right search intent.
• Technical SEO: Perform regular website audits to identify and fix technical issues (404 errors, site speed, indexing issues) and recommend improvements to website architecture.
• Off-Page Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive link-building strategy to improve domain authority.
• Competitive Intelligence: Research and analyze competitor advertising links and organic strategies to maintain a market edge.
• Performance Monitoring: Track, report, and analyze website analytics to optimize the user funnel and ROI.

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience developing and executing successful SEO campaigns.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (specifically WordPress) and SEO suites like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
• Marketing Acumen: Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and online customer acquisition.
• Analytical Mindset: Deep knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• Adaptability: Up-to-date with the latest trends and "white hat" best practices in the ever-evolving SEO/SEM landscape.

Salary: PKR 80,000 – 100,000 (based on experience)

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi (on-site)
