Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase the authority and visibility of our website.
• Craft and implement approaches for acquiring high-quality, industry-relevant backlinks.
• Conduct strategic outreach to influencers, bloggers, and industry partners to foster collaborations and secure valuable backlinks.
• Build and nurture relationships with key players in the industry.
• Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and emerging trends.
• Monitor brand mentions across various platforms and convert unlinked brand mentions into quality backlinks.
• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement recommendations for optimal website performance.
• Address website structure elements, including URL structures, navigation, and internal linking strategies.
• Utilize knowledge of server-side configurations to optimize SEO elements, including handling redirects, managing status codes, and improving server response times.
• Identify and resolve crawl issues to ensure efficient website indexing.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analyze keyword competition.
• Optimize on-page elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and content.
• Apply knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for on-page optimization, including structured data implementation and image optimization.
• Contribute to content strategy ensuring relevance and alignment with SEO best practices.
• Utilize A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques to enhance on-page elements.
• Provide regular insights and reports on the impact of SEO efforts, demonstrating continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO strategies.
• Proven track record of acquiring high-authority backlinks and achieving high rankings for competitive keywords.
• In-depth knowledge of backlink acquisition techniques, outreach methodologies, and evolving search engine algorithms.
• Expertise in technical SEO audits and server-side configurations.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and log file analysis.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and structured data implementation.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with industry trends, emerging SEO practices, and algorithm updates.
• Ability to work in the Eastern Time Zone for remote collaboration.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
