About the Role:
We are hiring a skilled and performance-driven SEO Specialist ( SMM | B2B & Lead Generation) to join our on-site team in Indore. The ideal candidate must have 3–6 years of hands-on experience in executing successful SEO and Social Media Marketing (SMM) campaigns with a proven track record in B2B lead generation.
You will be responsible for driving traffic, improving search rankings, generating high-quality leads, and expanding brand visibility across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and keyword rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits.
- Optimize website structure, metadata, URLs, internal linking, and content.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
- Monitor and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Social Media Marketing (SMM):
- Develop and manage organic and paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter).
- Create engaging, B2B-focused content tailored to each platform.
- Set up and optimize paid social campaigns (especially on LinkedIn) for lead generation.
- Track and analyze performance metrics like reach, engagement, CTR, CPL, and conversions.
Lead Generation & B2B Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital campaigns specifically designed for B2B lead generation.
- Create targeted landing pages, lead magnets, and marketing funnels.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create impactful B2B marketing assets (case studies, infographics, etc.).
- Align campaigns with sales goals and funnel stages to ensure lead quality and conversion.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in SEO and SMM within a B2B environment.
- Proven success in generating and nurturing leads through digital marketing channels.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and other social advertising platforms.
- Understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media schedulers.
- Ability to write and analyze reports, campaigns, and digital strategies.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on KPIs and ROI.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience in SaaS, IT services, consulting, or other B2B sectors.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing and CRM integration.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.) for campaign creatives.
