Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist /Team Lead to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in both On-Page and Off-Page SEO with a proven ability to boost website rankings and drive organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization for packaging-related projects.
• Optimize site architecture, metadata, and technical SEO elements.
• Plan and implement link-building strategies, managing and monitoring backlink profiles.
• Track SEO performance through tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and others.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience (On-Page & Off-Page).
• Strong understanding of Google ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and present SEO performance reports.
• Prior experience with packaging-related projects is a plus.
• Willingness to work night shift (8 PM – 5 AM).
• Only candidates available for onsite walk-in interviews will be considered.
