We’re a fully remote team, located around the world, working with clients across industries like SaaS, technology, education, financial services, venture capital, and more.

The Role

We’re looking for an SEO Strategist to join our team and take a leading role in research and strategy for client engagements. This person will partner closely with our Director of SEO and collaborate with designers, PMs, and clients to build SEO strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

This is not an execution-only role, we’re looking for someone who can think holistically, dig deep into client industries, and tie recommendations back to business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead keyword, competitor, and market research to inform strategy for B2B and SaaS clients.
• Develop SEO roadmaps that connect organic growth opportunities to business and revenue goals.
• Analyze analytics and attribution data to uncover performance gaps and opportunities.
• Collaborate with design and UX teams to ensure SEO is embedded into website strategy.
• Stay on top of SEO and AI-driven search developments, testing new approaches and tools.
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders and clients.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3–5+ years in SEO strategy/research, ideally in B2B or SaaS contexts at an agency.

Skills: Strong research, analysis, and strategy development; ability to connect SEO work to business outcomes.

Communication: Clear communicator who can explain insights to non-SEO stakeholders.

Mindset: Curious, detail-oriented, proactive - someone who’s testing new tools (including AI/LLMs) and staying ahead of industry shifts.

Collaboration: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (design, dev, PMs).

Flexibility: Fully remote, with ability to overlap at least 3-5 hours per day with EST.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
