Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic SEO Team Lead to drive our search engine optimization efforts. This role involves leading a team of SEO specialists, managing SEO strategy, overseeing execution, and ensuring strong organic search performance across all digital assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, performance feedback, and support in career development.
- Conduct regular keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with content, web development, and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital projects.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques to ensure continuous growth.
- Manage SEO tools and platforms, and evaluate the ROI of SEO efforts.
- Coordinate link-building campaigns and outreach efforts to increase domain authority.
- Ensure SEO strategies align with the company’s business goals and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including 1-2 years in a team lead or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, and content strategy.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
- Proven track record of improving SEO performance for high-traffic websites.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
