About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced SEO Team Lead to manage and guide our SEO team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of SEO strategies, and the ability to deliver measurable results for client and company projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to ensure project delivery and performance.
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.
• Perform keyword research, site audits, competitor analysis, and backlink analysis.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to optimize website content and structure.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and present insights to management.
• Manage multiple SEO projects and ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and provide actionable solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
