SEO Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SEO Manager to lead our team and drive exceptional results in website rankings. As the SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to optimize websites for improved organic visibility and higher search engine rankings. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO techniques, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to strategize and report on campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website rankings and increase organic traffic. Utilize advanced SEO techniques, both on-page and off-page, to optimize websites for search engines.

Website Analysis and Ranking Determination: Conduct thorough website analysis, including keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits. Determine the estimated time required to achieve desired website rankings based on the current state and competitive landscape.

Local SEO Expertise: Possess expert knowledge in local SEO techniques and strategies, ensuring maximum visibility and local search engine rankings for businesses targeting specific geographic regions.

SEO Campaign Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the performance of SEO campaigns, providing detailed insights into keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other relevant metrics. Present reports to clients or management in a clear and concise manner.

PPC and Social Media Marketing Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising and social media marketing, leveraging these channels to enhance overall digital marketing efforts and drive synergy with SEO campaigns.

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, support, and training. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Requirements:

SEO Expertise: Proven track record of successfully ranking websites within 2 to 3 months through effective SEO strategies and techniques.

Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities to evaluate website performance, conduct competitive analysis, and make data-driven decisions. Proficient in using SEO tools and platforms to gather insights.

Local SEO Mastery: Extensive experience and expertise in local SEO strategies, including optimizing websites for local search and improving visibility in specific geographic regions.

SEO Strategy and Reporting: Strong understanding of SEO strategy development, implementation, and reporting. Capable of translating complex data into actionable insights and providing clear, concise reports.

PPC and Social Media Marketing (Preferred): Familiarity with PPC advertising and social media marketing, understanding how these channels integrate with SEO efforts for comprehensive digital marketing success.

Onsite and Offsite SEO Expertise: Thorough understanding of both onsite and offsite SEO techniques, including technical SEO, content optimization, link building, and website architecture.
