SEO Team Lead

Job Description

Alrwyt Alwash is seeking an experienced SEO Team Lead to lead and manage our SEO team, drive organic growth, and ensure effective execution of SEO strategies across all projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, performance, team accountability, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO)
• Lead, manage, and monitor the performance of the SEO team
• Assign tasks, set daily/weekly targets, and ensure timely delivery
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization planning
• Oversee website audits, technical fixes, and SEO best practices implementation
• Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and prepare performance reports
• Ensure quality control and proofreading of all SEO deliverables before submission
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends
• Coordinate with content, development, and marketing teams
• Take ownership of results, delays, and team performance issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or SEO Team Lead
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Experience in team leadership and performance management
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple SEO projects or clients
• Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
• Understanding of basic HTML, CSS, and website architecture

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
