SEO Team Leader

Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize strategies that improve our online presence, website ranking, and organic traffic growth. The ideal candidate should be proficient in SEO best practices, analytics, and digital marketing tools, with the ability to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

SEO:

Plan, execute, and manage SEO strategies to enhance website visibility, ranking, and conversions.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink strategies.

Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for search engines.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and industry best practices.

Prepare detailed reports on performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

Digital Marketing Support:

Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with content and social media campaigns.

Support paid advertising strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) where required.

Provide insights to enhance overall digital marketing performance.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in SEO.

Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).

Hands-on experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Familiarity with paid ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
