SEO Team Leader

The best candidate should have at least three years of a verified record of experience in managing an SEO team, and have led a team of not less than 10 SEO executives. We are looking for a professional who is not only diligent but also smart in his work, possesses leadership qualities, and has knowledge and expertise in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO. As an SEO Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing strategy planning, keyword optimization, and performance improvement to attract more organic traffic. SEO-Friendly​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ Responsibilities

Direct, encourage, and oversee the activities of 10 SEO specialists to maintain the quality of work and the level of performance of the staff.

Design and implement SEO strategy and create practical SEO roadmaps that are focused on desired organic rankings and traffic goals.

Engage in detailed keyword research and competitor analysis, while also identifying new avenues for organic growth.

On one hand, the company is responsible for the on-page optimization, link-building activities, and technical SEO improvements execution; on another hand, it promotes partnerships with contributors to these efforts, facilitating shared success and satisfying mutual goals.

Content writers, designers, and developers are the collaborative partners of the SEO team, continually supporting the implementation of SEO campaigns and tasks related to website optimization.

Use SEO tools to monitor activity, study reports, and communicate observations to management to assist in making decisions based on data.

Adjust SEO strategies based on changes to Google algorithms and ensure that all SEO efforts conform to the latest standards of search engine optimization.

Requirements

• The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership position within an SEO team or a senior SEO specialist with experience of managing a team.
• Has in-depth knowledge of the components of SEO such as on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO, keyword planning, and ranking strategies.
• Demonstrated capability in overseeing, inspiring, and developing a group comprising SEO executives or digital marketing specialists through one-on-one communication, performance reviews, and regular team meetings.
• Proficiency and extensive experience in using multiple platforms including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Outstanding in analytical and problem-solving tasks, with the additional capability to comprehend SEO data and suggest strategic moves accordingly.
• Professional attributes that include being highly organized, dedicated, diligent, and possessing good time management and leadership skills.
• Possess strong communication skills that assist in leading the SEO team, reporting, and interacting with cross-functional ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,224.09 - ₹30,000.00 per month
