Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Upsell menu items by suggesting specials, appetizers, desserts, or beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns swiftly to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and providing correct change.
• Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience or food service background is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle guest relations professionally.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and transaction purposes.
• Culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required; a passion for food industry excellence is essential.
