As a Michelin-starred restaurant in Miami Beach , we’re seeking passionate and polished professionals to join our exceptional team and deliver unforgettable fine dining experiences.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests, setting the tone for a world-class dining experience.
• Guide guests through the menu with expert recommendations, showcasing our innovative dishes and curated beverage pairings.
• Accurately take and input food and beverage orders into the POS system, ensuring every detail is perfect.
• Communicate food allergies, dietary restrictions, and special requests to the kitchen team.
• Ensure orders are executed with precision, speed, and consistent quality reflective of our Michelin-starred standards.
• Deliver attentive, personalized service, anticipating guests' needs throughout their visit.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and involve management when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining room, service stations, and beyond.
  
  
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality environments is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Toast or similar POS systems (Preferred).
• Impeccable customer service skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing, team-oriented setting.
• Familiarity with fine dining service standards, including food and wine knowledge.
• Quick learner with the ability to memorize detailed menu offerings and anticipate guest preferences.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that demands precision and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
