Green Hills Grille is looking for friendly, outgoing, and driven members to add to our team! We are looking to add 1-2 professional, experienced full-time servers. OPEN AVAILABILITY- INCLUDING WEEKENDS- IS A MUST.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize POS systems to accurately input orders and process payments efficiently.
- Ensure food safety standards are met by handling and serving food properly.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain a smooth service flow.

Qualifications
- POS experience with Toast preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on upselling
- Food handling and food safety knowledge
- Previous restaurant experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and familiarity with cash register operations
- Sanitation and food preparation experience
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
