We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server to join our vibrant food and beverage team! Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting daily specials and beverage options.
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences are noted.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, process payments, and provide correct change.
• Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed.
• Use OpenTable or similar reservation platforms to manage bookings efficiently during busy hours.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow in both fine dining settings and lively nightclub environments.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is required, ideally within fine dining or nightlife venues.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tables efficiently while delivering attentive customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
• Experience in upselling menu items and enhancing guest experiences through excellent service skills.
• Background in hospitality or guest services roles like host/hostess or bartender is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2.13 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
