The evening begins with composed, elegant fine dining. As the night progresses, the atmosphere transitions organically into a more vibrant, high-energy dinner party environment with an increased focus on bottle service.

The menu is built on authenticity and clarity, highlighting quality ingredients and timeless Italian techniques without excess or complication. Service is warm yet precise: attentive without intrusion, polished without rigidity.

Position: Server (Fine Dining & Dinner Party Transition)

We are seeking experienced Servers who can deliver refined fine-dining service and confidently adapt as the room transitions into a dynamic, bottle-service-driven environment.

This role requires emotional intelligence, strong technical skill, situational awareness, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide elevated fine-dining table service
  • Present and explain menu items with confidence and clarity
  • Accurately describe ingredients and preparation methods
  • Memorize and communicate daily specials
  • Demonstrate basic to intermediate wine knowledge (Italian wines preferred)
  • Suggest wine pairings and upsell premium items
  • Accurately take and input orders into POS
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions properly
  • Maintain station organization and side work
  • Coordinate timing with kitchen and bar
  • Adapt service style as the atmosphere transitions into dinner party mode
  • Support bottle presentations and high-energy service moments while maintaining control and elegance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality
  • Strong menu retention and communication skills
  • Basic wine knowledge required
  • Experience with POS systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and grooming
  • Team-oriented and performance-driven mindset
