Milton's is seeking energetic, hospitality-driven Servers to join our team. Located in Alpharetta delivering bold farm to table dishes and hand- crafted cocktails, in a warm gathering historic home.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest
• Guide guests through our Southern,farm fresh menus offering thoughtful recommendations
• Maintain strong menu knowledge, including food, wine, and cocktails
• Anticipate guest needs and create memorable dining experiences
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
• Uphold cleanliness and organization of your section

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of serving experience in a high-volume or upscale casual restaurant preferred
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
• A positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
