Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, billing, and cash handling
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change or totals
• Restock supplies regularly and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth service flow
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate service during busy nights or special events like banquets or catering functions

Skills

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; retail math and food industry knowledge are a plus
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong cash handling skills
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to serve diverse clientele in high-energy environments
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and sales tracking
• Experience with food service operations including catering, brewing, serving at nightclubs, or restaurant experience is highly desirable
