Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food preparation to uphold safety regulations and cleanliness standards
• Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy and integrity
• Support kitchen staff by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with host/hostess duties when needed

Experience

• Previous restaurant experience in fine dining or food service environments preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in nightclubs or bustling venues is a plus for energetic environments
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy
