Join our dynamic team as a Server, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a key member of our food service team, you will deliver exceptional customer service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and efficiently delivered, and foster a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive guest services that set the tone for an enjoyable experience
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
  • Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations with precision during transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and delivery, ensuring guest expectations are met or exceeded
  • Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to optimize seating arrangements and reduce wait times
  • Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
  • Support the team during busy periods by assisting with food handling, food preparation, or other restaurant duties as needed

Experience

  • Previous restaurant experience in a food service or hospitality setting is highly preferred
  • Experience working with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
  • Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with high standards of service and presentation
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices within the food industry is essential
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and courteously
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience with nightclubs or high-volume service environments is beneficial but not required
