DAILY TASKS:

-Greet guests and warmly welcome to the restaurant upon arrival.

-Make all of our guests feel comfortable and let them know you are there to personally take care of them.

-Know regular guests by name; know their preferences and needs.

-When a line forms, ensure guests waiting have menus, are greeted, and know about our specials so that they are ready to order when they reach the register.

-Thank guests as they leave.

-Manage online orders and delivery platforms, including guest recovery

-Complete daily side work according to the daily side work checklists

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

-Be a people-person who loves creating a welcoming atmosphere and giving great service. Experience working with customers or restaurant guests.

-Excellent English speaking and writing skills are important and you should be comfortable working with computers.

-Be able to stand for periods of time and, if needed, can lift 25-50 pounds.

-Must have the ability to work weekends and some holidays.

-Maricopa County food handlers card

-Arizona title IV alcohol certification

*****Two years minimum serving table side is required for this role, fast food will not be accepted as applicable experience. You must be able to work in a high volume fast paced environment and able to work Fri - Sunday with two additional days during the week. The role is full time, 30-40 hours a week depending on volume of business. If your resume does not show required experience you will be removed from candidate list.
