Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in both fine dining and craft bar settings, showcasing exceptional customer service skills while ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering the warmest hospitality and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders using Toast POS systems.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
• Manage time effectively to accommodate guest needs during busy shifts.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Server is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with culinary terminology is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items as needed.
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service are essential.
