Job Summary

Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux is looking for energetic, friendly, and service-driven Servers to join our Midland team! As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive service, maintaining strong menu knowledge, and ensuring every guest feels like an MVP. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented sports bar environment, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations
• Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and resolving concerns quickly
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and sections
• Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and company policies
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong team mentality
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and game days
• Must meet Texas age requirements for serving alcohol
