We’re seeking an experienced, dependable Server to provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced elevated bar & grill environment. This role is responsible for delivery food and preparing quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring every guest has a positive, efficient experience. The right candidate is confident, personable, and thrives in a high-energy setting. This location is a completely renovated mountain resort featuring a range of amenities, including a bar, grill, golf course, and RV park.

Job Details:

• Provide friendly, attentive, high quality service from greeting to payment
• Prepare and serve beverages accurately and efficiently
• Take food and drink orders with strong menu knowledge
• Manage multiple tables and guests during high volume periods
• Maintain a clean, organized work stations
• Follow all alcohol service laws and standards
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Comfortable handling cash and POS systems
• Knowledge of basic service standards
• Weekend and evening availability
• A good communication skillset
• Valid Drivers License

Physical Requirements:

• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8-12 hours per shift
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift
• Manual dexterity to handle glassware, bar tools, and POS systems
• Ability to respond to visual and audible queues
• Ability to read tickets, labels, and recipes

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
