Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and attentive Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable dining experiences through excellent customer service and efficient food and beverage delivery. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and passionate about hospitality, with a knack for multitasking in a lively environment. Your role is essential in ensuring guests feel welcomed, valued, and satisfied from the moment they walk in until they leave.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, and recommend menu items to enhance guest experience through upselling techniques.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Manage multiple tables efficiently by prioritizing tasks and coordinating with kitchen staff to deliver timely service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as OpenTable or other cashiering tools, including processing payments and giving correct change.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols.
• Support food preparation or kitchen duties as needed during busy periods, including basic food handling and sanitation practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally.
• Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables efficiently without sacrificing quality of service.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
• Experience with reservation management tools like OpenTable is a plus.
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales while providing genuine recommendations.
