Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant dining team! As a Server, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable experiences for our guests by delivering exceptional food and beverage service. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements using reservation systems such as OpenTable or similar platforms.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests, upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability for all sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations; bus tables promptly and assist with food preparation when needed.
  • Foster guest relations by delivering attentive service, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming environment for all patrons.

Skills

  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs.
  • Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable reservation management.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
  • Knowledge of food handling, sanitation procedures, and food safety regulations.
  • Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
  • Previous experience in serving, bussing tables, or host/hostess roles is highly desirable.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes.
  • Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is a plus for better understanding of menu items.
