Server

Position Summary

We are looking for an energetic and personable server to join our team. The ideal candidate provides exceptional customer service, works well in a fast-paced environment, and contributes to a positive and professional atmosphere. Servers are responsible for creating a welcoming experience for guests, accurately taking and delivering orders, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide a friendly, attentive experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues quickly
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
• Handle cash and card payments accurately
• Work closely with team members to maintain smooth service flow
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Availability to work weekends, and holidays
