Biscuits & Buns is a fast-paced brunch restaurant doing thousands of covers weekly. OCH is our newest location, and we’re building a team that can handle volume while delivering great service.

What You’ll Do

Provide fast, accurate, and friendly service

Manage multiple tables efficiently

Upsell menu items (drinks, add-ons, specials)

Work closely with runners and hosts to turn tables

Maintain clean sections and support team flow

What We’re Looking For

Experience in high-volume restaurants preferred

Hustle, urgency, and strong work ethic

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Team-first mindset (no egos)

Weekend availability is required
