Server

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic, dependable, and guest-focused Servers to join our team! Our restaurant is known for great burgers, cold beer, and outstanding customer service. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, providing excellent food and beverage service, and ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience.

The ideal candidate is friendly, hardworking, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

• Base pay of $5.93/hour plus tips
• Average earnings typically range from $20-$30+ per hour including tips, depending on shifts worked, sales volume, and performace

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, daily specials, burgers, beer selections, and promotions
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Check on guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction
• Upsell menu items, appetizers, and beverages when appropriate
• Process payments accurately using the POS system
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Work as part of a team to provide exceptional guest experiences
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout a shift
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
