Tony Foreman & Company, a leader in Baltimore’s food and wine industry, is seeking hospitality professionals to join the team at Cinghiale.

Located in Harbor East, Cinghiale is known for warm hospitality, exceptional Italian cuisine, and an extensive wine program. We are currently seeking Fine Dining Servers, Experienced Bartenders, and Support Staff who are passionate about hospitality, food, wine, and delivering elevated guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
• Ability to handle guest concerns according to company standards
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Full-time availability required, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Experience Requirements

Fine Dining Servers

• Fine dining or high-level service experience required
• Extensive wine knowledge preferred, with emphasis on Italian wines, wine service standards, and food pairings
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and premium spirits preferred

Experienced Bartenders

• Minimum of 2–3 years of bartending experience required
• Fine dining experience and strong wine knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits, and elevated service standards required

Support Staff

• Restaurant experience is not required
• We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and passion for hospitality

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Italian or Spanish language
• Desire to learn, grow, and build a career in hospitality
