We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring efficient order entry and timely delivery
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks with precision, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and presentation
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
• Clear tables efficiently by bussing and resetting for new guests while maintaining cleanliness standards in compliance with sanitation guidelines
• Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods or special events such as nightclub nights or private functions

Experience

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightlife venues
• Familiarity with POS system Square for order processing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to build guest rapport
• Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organizational skills
• Previous host/hostess or serving experience is highly desirable
• Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and accurate bill splitting
