We are looking to add to our excellent front of house team. We continue to get busier and our patio is now open regularly. We need someone great and hope you are the right fit for us!

Who you are: Passionate and very interested in learning more about quality cocktails, good technique, and genuine hospitality. You have a strong desire to work with a competent, focused, and respectful team. You are eager to expand your skills and grow with us. You must have a desire to learn and improve each day as we want to teach the right candidate everything we can.

Who we are: We are an owner-operated restaurant that makes almost everything in house from raw ingredients. Both Chef owners will be working here with you full time. While we are both Chefs by training, Jordan is the Executive Chef in charge of kitchen operations, and Jason is the General Manager in charge of administration and service. We are supported by an excellent, stable, and professional team. We are eager for you to join our team so we can work with you.

In the front-of-house we seek to create the best learning environment in Wichita with a fun and modern menu that will change regularly and you can take pride in that we make all of our pastas, bread, and almost everything else in house, working with local producers where we can.

Our backgrounds are in fine dining, and, while we will strive to create an upscale environment and sense of service, we want our guests to have a fun and relaxed experience. Similarly, we seek to create a work environment that is rewarding, egalitarian, and free of harassment. Depending on your experience and our need at your time of hiring, this role may begin as a servers assistant for the first 30-60 days in order to complete training. This will give you the opportunity to complete or food and service tests before becoming a regular server at FioRito. After 90 days there will be regular opportunities for performance and responsibility based raises.
