Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Manage tables efficiently, ensuring timely clearing, bussing, and resetting for new guests
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen support when needed to ensure smooth operations
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations
• Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings and guest flow
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, concerns, or special requests with professionalism

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems such as TOAST POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Culinary experience or familiarity with food handling and preparation enhances performance
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
• Experience with guest services, hospitality.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced setting
