Job Summary

Whether guiding guests through our menu or providing exceptional customer service, you’ll be an essential part of delivering outstanding food and beverage experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback promptly
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts and multitask efficiently
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
• Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not mandatory
• Excellent communication skills and basic math proficiency for cash handling and order calculations
• Previous host/hostess or serving experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude is essential
