Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements using reservation systems such as OpenTable or similar platforms.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure efficient processing.
• Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend specials, and upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, serving, and clearing tables.
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns professionally, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain smooth operations during busy hours.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience or food service background is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is essential for order processing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse guests.
• Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
• Experience with culinary preparation or kitchen operations is a plus for better understanding of menu items.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
