Overview
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Experience with POS systems, fine dining, and food safety standards is highly valued. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate beverage orders
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, special requests, and resolving any concerns professionally
• Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes
• Support host/host duties when needed, including seating guests and managing reservations

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food service experience, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and revenue
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cashiering and billing accuracy
• Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights; previous host/host or bussing experience is beneficial
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance are essential
