Requirements: We are looking for candidates with open availability, which means you are able to work lunch and dinner shifts anytime during the week and weekend.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and answer questions about food and beverage offerings with enthusiasm.
• Take accurate orders using POS systems and track reservations using our platforms.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities through effective suggestive selling techniques.
• Manage table settings, clear dishes, and buss your own tables to maintain cleanliness and efficiency throughout service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments with POS systems.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, adhering to food safety standards.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and food allergies to provide informed recommendations.
• Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Assist in sanitation practices such as proper food handling, sanitation procedures, and adhering to health regulations.
• Follow all in-house procedures for opening and closing the restaurant to ensure a clean and efficient atmosphere

Skills

• Bartending experience is a huge plus with additional opportunities.
• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings like bars.
• Familiarity with POS systems including SpotOn.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and bill splitting.
• Culinary or kitchen experience beneficial for understanding food preparation processes.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members seamlessly in a fast-paced environment.
