Duties

• Over two years of experience in Japanese cuisine or fine ding experience .
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as clover POS ensuring efficient order processing
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Manage cash handling, billing, and cashiering responsibilities accurately using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
• Assist with host/hostess duties during busy periods to manage reservations and seating arrangements
• Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Uphold food handling regulations, sanitation procedures, and proper food preparation practices in compliance with health standards

Experience

• over 21 year's old
• need 2-3 years Japanese sushi restaurant experience
• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Serving or host/hostess experience is a plus for providing seamless guest interactions
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations
• Culinary or kitchen experience can be beneficial but is not required; enthusiasm for the food industry is essential
