Server

As a server, you are directly responsible for ensuring that each guest leaves ORA with a positive, lasting memory of their time with us. You will accomplish this by forming a relationship of trust and care with each guest and crafting an experience that anticipates and exceeds the expectations of our guests. As a member of the service team, you will create a positive work culture by personally exemplifying our core values internally with all colleagues.

Responsibilities Include...

• Learning, and maintaining knowledge of all product offerings with a deep understanding of all ingredients and preparations
• Consistently following fine dining steps of service with urgency, authenticity and warmth
• Being the voice of our guests with service team colleagues, management, and the kitchen team
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and appearance for yourself and the restaurant
• An eagerness to continue to learn and grow

The right candidate will have...

• 2 or more years' experience as a Server in a fine dining, high-volume restaurant
• English fluency. Additional languages preferred, but not required
• Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a high-pressure work environment.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to multitask.
• Proficient in using POS systems
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs.
