Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the appropriate systems (e.g., Focus).
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Process payments efficiently while ensuring accuracy in billing.
• Uphold all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
• Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest services.
• Previous experience in food service or fine dining environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including bussing and kitchen coordination.
• Proficient in using restaurant management software such as OpenTable is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and team members effectively.
