Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and resolving issues promptly
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting stations to ensure smooth service flow
• Support food preparation and kitchen staff when needed, demonstrating teamwork in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and cashiering
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to perform basic math for billing, cash handling, and order accuracy
• Previous experience in serving, bartending, or host/hostess roles is highly desirable
• Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is a plus but not required
