About the Role

We’re hiring a Sever for Neiman Marcus in Coral Gables, Florida . This is a great fit for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in upscale dining environments and takes pride in delivering polished, attentive guest service.

What You’ll Do

• Provide professional and gracious table service to guests
• Explain menu items, ingredients and beverage offerings with confidence
• Take and process orders accurately using the POS system
• Maintain knowledge of food, wine, beer and spirits
• Ensure proper table setup and presentation standards
• Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism
• Assist with opening, closing and side work duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstations
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and company standards

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant serving experience , preferably in upscale or fine dining
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of food, beverage and service standards
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced professional environment
• Team-oriented mindset and polished presentation
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
