Server

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of orders.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and ingredients to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in guest services or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and order calculations.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A team player attitude with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed.
• Culinary knowledge or experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as necessary.
