Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and the overall dining environment by bussing tables as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with OpenTable for reservations management is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential.
• Previous experience as a host/host or in guest relations is advantageous.
