Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you’ll serve delicious food and beverages with enthusiasm, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your energetic attitude and customer service skills, will create memorable moments for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS systems such as TOAST
• Able to learn about the menu on what we have to serve
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, running food to your table, and assisting with food safety protocols
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments or general customer service in any industry
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Previous experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles, or hospitality is highly desirable
• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional appearance
• Able to come in on time when schedule
• Must be at least 21 years or older to make alcohol drinks to guest

Pay: From $5.50 per hour
