Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed
• Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating and manage guest flow efficiently
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and providing exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order processing
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor
• Previous experience in serving roles with host/hostess responsibilities or bussing is highly desirable
• Basic math skills for cashiering, check splitting, and accurate cash handling
• Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not required; a passion for the food industry is essential
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding guest services in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants

Pay: $23.68 - $45.00 per hour
